Congratulations to the several North Chicago Community High School American Government Students who were trained to be Election Judges and will be working the Polls on Super Tuesday, February 5, 2008. Three of these students, Paris Stewart, Elizabeth Coleman, and Semeka Cunningham will serve as Election Judges for the second time. This a great opportunity for these students to learn how government and the political process work in a real world experience. It was a pleasure to see high school students working at the elections polls. What a great way to operate as part of this community. It would be nice to see more of these types of opportunities for our students. Thank you to the parties responsible.
